If you have followed my blog for awhile, you know that I LOVEEE pencil skirts. A pencil skirt is hands down one of my major wardrobe staples. I love a classic pencil skirt that can be dressed up or down with a fun graphic t-shirt or with a classic denim jacket. Lately, however, I have been SOOO drawn to gorgeous spring dresses that I can pair with a solid color J. Crew Jackie Cardigan or with a denim jacket. I have been loving flowly, bold and fun floral patterns that stand out. The Jackie cardigan is also a wardrobe staple for me. The cardigan is great quality and it pairs SO well with many of the pieces in my wardrobe.
Here are IRL pictures of two of my favorite fun floral dresses. The first one is stunning. The pattern is absolutely breathtaking. I HIGHLY recommend this dress. The styling options are endless because there are so many beautiful colors in the dress. Fit is TTS to slightly large:
I am also loving the fun floral pattern on the dress that I am wearing below. The pattern is SO unique and adorable. Fit is TTS.

I love how well this gorgeous dress/print pairs with white. It is such a fresh, fun, and crisp look! And, I love how well the fan earrings pop against the print. This beautiful dress will be in constant rotation this summer!

Thanks for stopping by and have a terrific Thursday!
It is no secret that I LOVEEE gingham. The pattern really appeals to my preppy side and I love the versatility of the print! The pattern can be dressed up or down. I also love that J. Crew offers the print in a variety of pieces including sweaters, totes, swimsuits, dresses, skirts, pants, blouses, and even pajamas!. Gingham is a wardrobe staple for me! So, today, I am sharing a preview of an upcoming OOTD and a gingham jumpsuit that is SOOOO fabulous!
Here are two images of an upcoming OOTD. Photos by Samantha Moore Photography:
I love the idea of pairing gingham on gingham. This look is without question one of my favorites. There is something so fun, bold, and unexpected about doubling the prints with the trench and the sheath dress. This doubling would also work with the J. Crew Cotton Jackie Cardigan Sweater in Gingham and the pencil skirt in this print. And, again, I love that a fun pop of color with accessories or shoes adds SO much to the look.
I have worn the gingham on gingham look with the peony ivory colorway, too! I loved this look SOOO much that I knew that I wanted to do it again with the blue version of these pieces:
It is so fun to add a bold pop of color with a purse or with shoes. The styling possibilities and combinations are endless!
Finally, here is an IRL picture of the J. Crew Spaghetti-Strap Jumpsuit in Gingham. I am a huge fan of jumpsuits because they are SOOOO cute and they are incredibly flattering. This beauty gets a major thumbs up. Fit is TTS and the quality is superb. Again, the styling possibilities are endless. I love that I can layer this gorgeous jumpsuit with a sweater or a with a denim jacket. And, I love the idea of adding a pop of color with the shoes here, too!
And, here are a few more gingham gems that I am LOVING so much (affiliate links below):

Thanks for stopping by and have a fantastic weekend!
I LOVEEEE anything leopard print! And, I pair leopard with just about anything treating it as a “neutral” as the gorgeous Jenna Lyons says we should! So, I was incredibly excited to see the following J. Crew image that pairs leopard on leopard. I squealed when I saw these new pieces on the website because this combination adds such a fun twist by putting two different versions of leopard print together. It’s absolutely adorable!!!
Here is the J. Crew image that totally inspired the look that I am sharing below:
Here is my twist/take on the look! I wanted to add a neutral purse, so I went with the J. Crew mini Harper. I am so glad that I snagged this beauty and that I had it monogrammed because it really is the perfect accessory and complement to a bold, fun look. I also wanted to go neutral with my earrings and shoes. And, let me tell you, I LOVEEEE these earrings and these gorgeous sandals. I recommend sizing up at least a 1/2 size in the sandals. They are incredibly comfortable and cute!
