Hi Everyone!

Here is the outfit that I wore to teach earlier today.  I love the idea of mixing patterns and pairing buffalo plaid with calf hair.  And, this coat is incredibly warm and cozy! I am wearing the J. Crew Sadie Boots in Calf hair in the images below, but I wore the Madewell Jada Boots in Calf hair today because the Jada Boots have a lower heel.  I loved wearing this outfit today and if the weather permits, I will likely wear this look again this weekend!

Here is my outfit–

I just found your blog. You outfit is gorgeous and I love your style. I love J Crew but I missed out on a pair of pants that I have finally found on Poshmark. They are the Botanical Bird Skimmer pants from J Crew Factory. I normally wear a size 4, but these are size 2 and the measurements are the same as a size 4. The seller has provided pictures of her measurements with a measuring tape. That is so odd. Has J Crew/J Crew Factory had some sizing issues in some of their products? Do you think the size pants could have accidentally been mislabeled by the company? I want them but I am just so afraid because they are a size 2. I have NEVER worn a size 2. What do you think? Thanks.

      Hi Rachel!

Thanks for the compliment. I would be careful purchasing the pants if they’re not actually a size 4 even if the measurements appear to match your size. HTH!
